It might seem kind of silly to have a page devoted to the car, but I thought it might be fun to document it's travels. I've never driven one car in so many different countries, and probably never will again. I'm even thinking of putting flags on each side of the car just like a fighter plane keeping score of enemy aircraft shot down. Okay, that might really be silly, but I also might really do it.

Germany
After 2000 miles of test driving and feeling unwanted, the Volvo was finally sold to its current caring owner (Me). Here it is at the Dietzen Wald, which is the woods up the street from our home where would go for walks with our dog.

Luxembourg
The first excursion to another country, only one week after purchase. The Zika store in Wasserbillig was a frequent stop during our trips to Luxembourg.

France
Drove from Saarbrucken, Germany through France to Strassbourg, and then into Germany again as a shortcut to get to the Schwarzwald (Black Forest).

Belgium
In Brussels, I incorrectly read a street sign and was promptly rewarded with a parking ticket. If you can't read French, in the middle it lists the fine as 15.00€.

Netherlands
Drove to Amsterdam on a 4-day weekend.

Austria
Sped through Austria on the way to Italy. Stopped to stretch legs and admire the view.

Italy
Over 130€ stolen by toll-booth bandits while driving through Verona, Vicenza, Venezia, Bologna, Firenze, Roma, and Milano.

Switzerland
Construction, traffic jams, and we had to pay 27€ for a 2008 autobahn sticker that we'll never again use. Switzerland is beautiful, though we should have driven back through Austria to get home from Italy.
